Yes I made the posts as per plan in Google Plus Community.

But my success story of the day is coming from a FaceBook Community. It is because industrial engineering community in Google+ is small. It has not developed so far. IIE community in FaceBook and Linked are big communities.

Sitewide Moderation Poliy in Linkedin

Promoting blogs in Linkedin is very productive. This is because communities are very specialized and are build to promote professional discussions. But there is the problem of site wide moderation policy. For the last two or three days I could not post in any Linkedin community. This is the first time I am totally blocked. Yesterday (20 February 2016), I came across an article on the lectures by Rajneesh,  He says when you want bring out what comes in your mind, you are engaging in subjective creativity. Make your mind calm through meditation and think of what others want. Find out with a calm mind what others want. Then let your intellect think how to provide a service.

I think blog authors also have to do a similar thing for sustained success. If you can find out what readers want and write according to their needs, you will get blog success. But how to do it? You must have a good network of interested contacts or readers. May be difficult for many bloggers. It is difficult for me also. But then knowing some principle or idea is the beginning point. We will get a solution only when start thinking about an issue for which a solution has to be found.  Development in research & development is using the output of research which is a principle in a useful way to get the desired outcome.

So think of the ideas

Muscle Memory - Mind Memory - Brain Memory - Heart Memory

Many players claim that their muscles remember what to do. I heard this statement from Usain Bolt, the champion sprinter.

While great players develop muscle memory, great knowledge workers have to develop mind memory. Developing mind memory involves reading and listening, contemplating and meditating.
Contemplating is evaluating the subject internally for its truth and practical utility. Meditating is focusing on it to realize the benefit of the subject in reality. Meditation creates the vision or more simply the plan of action. Meditation involves single minded  focus on the issue by preventing other ideas and thoughts for some point in time. Meditation is gradual withdrawal of sense organs' perception in the brain and concentrate it on the issue you want to meditate on. One effect of such meditation will be the memory that you develop in unconscious. Even you do not think of it for years, when needed unconscious provides you the required information.

What is needed to develop the mind memory.

A Tibetan proverb is appropriate in this context.

"It takes six times of thorough study and practice, for dharma to travel from skin to the bone marrow."
